Pre-filling and sealing vacuum filling machine is an automatic filling and sealing equipment, which adopts electrical, mechanical and pneumatic integrated control technology. Its core part is a PLC programmable logic controller, which is responsible for the data, feedback and control operations of the entire system. It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. It can complete the filling task of materials in different forms such as liquid, powder, block, etc., and quickly seal the product. It is mainly composed of automatic bottle feeding mechanism, filling mechanism, vacuum system, sealing mechanism and electric control system.

The whole working process of pre-filling vacuum filling machine is usually divided into the following steps:

(1) The automatic bottle feeding mechanism generates a signal and divides the bottles:

The automatic bottle feeding mechanism sends the counted bottles to the bottom of the filling mechanism through the conveyor belt, and triggers the sensor to generate a signal. Then, each bottle is shaken to the position aligned with the filling nozzle during continuous swinging. After the container lifting device rises, the liquid enters the bottle or pipeline through the feeding tube; at the same time, the bottle is filled with inert gas.

(2) The pre-filling process starts:

After the bottle is filled with inert gas, the pre-filling work begins. At this time, the device responsible for pre-filling starts to clean and dry the air in the bottle. This process introduces a cleaning agent into each bottle through a hose, allowing the equipment to treat materials containing bacteria and mold while purifying the air and removing residual moisture.

(3) The vacuum filling process starts:

After the pre-filling process is over, the rubber head descends and starts to enter the vacuum filling process. The liquid is automatically poured into each bottle from the feed tank until it is full, and then the light film is deeply cut for vacuum extraction. Filling in a vacuum state can fully remove the oxygen in the liquid to prolong the shelf life of the product and prevent the oxidation of iron; it overcomes the overflow phenomenon and reduces the bubbles.

(4) Release and detection:

After sealing all the functions of the pulley, the heated cutting system is responsible for extracting the compressed Sesda board. Sensors are then used to check that they are sealing tightly, not leaking or capping off. After decompression, the seal remains in its normal state.
